Ich würde meinen Schrank ausräumen, sodass du deine Klamotten unterbringen kannst. Im Badezimmer würde ich ebenfalls ein Regal für dich frei räumen. Eine Kaution von 500 Euro ist obligatorisch und es wird ein Vertrag vereinbart. Näheres können wir dann persönlich besprechen.
Waschen kannst du natürlich auch.
Es sind keine Haustiere erlaubt.
Es wäre nett, wenn du 2 mal die Woche meine Pflanzen gießen könntest :)
Du wirst dich Mitten in Köln befinden. Die Straße ist jedoch sehr ruhig. Anschlussmöglichkeiten sind Mauritiuskirche (Linie 9), Neumarkt (Linien 1,3,4,5,7,9,16,18) und Rudolfplatz (Linien 1,7,12,15). Alles fußläufig innerhalb von 3-5 Minuten zu erreichen. Rewe und Lidl befinden sich auch in der Nähe (3-5 min.).
Ich würde gerne MORGEN mit ein paar Leuten facetimen/skypen und am MITTWOCH dann eine Besichtigung und Vertragsunterzeichnung vereinbaren. Falls das für dich möglich ist, kannst du dich gerne melden. :)
