ich werde ab März für ein halbes Jahr in Berlin sein und biete daher meine nette kleine Wohnung für sechs Monate Zwischenmiete an. Dritter Stock, alles ist in gutem und gepflegtem Zustand, auf zwei Seiten sind Fenster (viel Tageslicht!).
Rewe, Apotheke, Post etc. schnell erreichbar, 200 Meter zur S-Bahn Linie 1 und 500 Meter zum schönen Grüngürtel- perfekte Lage also :)
Mit der Bahn 12 Minuten in die Innenstadt, keine 5 Minuten zur Sporthochschule.
Die Wohnung wird mit Möbeln, Geschirr, Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine übergeben.
Idealerweise bist du ordentlich und Nicht- oder Balkonraucher.
Tauschangebote mit einer Berliner Butze sind natürlich gern willkommen ;)
