I am happy to welcome you to my cozy apartment in the heart of Cologne. The location is superb, Köln MesseTrade Fair, Lanxess Arena, Köln Messe Deutz Railstation, Deutzer Freiheit and TH Köln are all within 10 - 15 min walking distance, making this a perfect location to stay if you are visiting for a certain period for work or studies.
Due to the current Covid 19 situation I will be working from my homeland thus my apartment in Cologne is empty awaiting for guest that needs a temporary home. My apartment is fully furnished and you can use all my amenities. Please note that the only room that I am not planning to rent is my bedroom where I will store some of my stuff. You can use the living room as living space and bedroom, the couch is comfy for sleeping and I have mobile wardrobe that can be placed in the living room. Thus the appartment is ideal for one person only. I am offering the apartment initially for up to 6 months but in case my work situation changes we can discuss eventually extending the duration of the stay.

Excellent location, just 5-10 min walk from Deutzer Freiheit (lots of supermarkets, restaurants and cafes), Lanxes arena and Deutz Messe Bf 10 min walk, TH Köln 15 min walk, Suevenstr. station Line 3 and 4 are 2 min walk away, Deutzer Freiheit station Line 7, 9 and 1 is 10 min walk away.
The apartment is ideal for one person only, no option for WG!
Available via email at any time for initial contact, can share WhatsApp further to arrange onsite visit.
The subletting of my apartment is agreed with my landlord so you can register under this address without any issues. You will have to provide copy of your passport/ID and fill in form justifying that you will be financially able to pay for the rent (Mieterselbstaufskunft).
