Kurze Beschreibung zur Wohnung:
Mein Apartment ist gemütlich, hell und perfekt ausgestattet (TV, Küche, etc.) und liegt direkt im Zentrum/ Universitätsviertel! Eine sehr gute Lage: direkt am Bahnhof Süd und in Laufweite zum Zülpicher Platz/ Rudolfplatz/ Aachener Weiher. Die Parkplatzsituation in der Straße ist auch gut!

I hereby offer my small, but finely furnished apartment (23 sqm) for subletting from the beginning of April to the end of June (an extension may be possible).
Brief description of the apartment:
My apartment is cosy, bright and perfectly equipped (TV, kitchen, etc.) and is right in the center/ university district! A very good location: directly at the south station and within walking distance to Zülpicher Platz/ Rudolfplatz/ Aachener Weiher. The parking situation in the street is also good!

Mitten im Studentenviertel - Viele Studenten, d.h. eine sehr belebte Wohngegend, aber dennoch sehr ruhig, da die Wohnung in einer Nebenstraße liegt. Von den direkten Nachbarn hört man nichts...
Eine sehr, sehr gute Bahnanbindung. 1 min. zum Bahnhof Süd, von wo aus die Straßenbahnlinie 9 mitten durch die Stadt fährt und die Regional- und S-Bahnen ebenfalls in 5 min. zum Hauptbahnhof fahren.
Student-quarter - Many students, that is, a very busy residential area but very quiet as the apartment is still in a side street...
A very, very good rail links. 1 min. to South Station, from where the tram line 9 runs through the middle of the city and the regional and suburban railways also in 5 min. go to the main train station.
