ich biete hier meine süße gemütliche Wohnung in Köln-Nippes zum Tausch gegen eine 1 Zimmerwohnung in der Altstadt/Neustadt, Süd/Nord, Zülpicher Platz/Rudolfplatz/belgisches Viertel/Sülz/Lindenthala an.
Meine Wohnung ist 20qm groß, befindet sich in einem Altbau und hat daher sehr hohe Decken. Sie verfügt über ein eingebautes Hochbett eine Kochnische, Badezimmer, Flur und Wohnraum (s.Fotos). Die Wohnung liegt an der Hauptstraße von Nippes, ist aber dennoch sehr ruhig, da sie zum Innenhof führt. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs hat man direkt vor der Tür (Rewe, Rossman, Bäcker, McDonalds usw.). Zur Ubahn-Station Lohsestraße sind es 2 Gehminuten und der Dom ist nur zwei Ubahn-Stationen entfernt (5min. Fahrt).
