Ein Einbauschrank mit sehr viel Stauraum ist vorhanden, sowie zusätzlich ein Kellerraum. Laminat ist verlegt, Wohnung wird renoviert übergeben. Waschmaschine im Bad kann gegen geringen Preis übernommen werden.

Die Lage ist unfassbar gut: mitten in Nippes, fast direkt am Wilhelmsplatz, wo jeden Tag ein großer Wochenmarkt stattfindet, sowie einmal monatlich ein schöner Flohmarkt. Kiosks und Imbisse gibt es an jeder Ecke, man hat eine super ÖPNV-Anbindung und den Grüngürtel in direkter Nachbarschaft.

Für Studenten ist die Wohnung optimal, nicht nur weil sie sehr günstig ist, sondern auch weil die Uni schnell erreichbar ist und Nippes optimalen Raum für ein schönes Studentenleben bietet. Aber auch für jeden Anderen steht die Wohnung natürlich offen.
