Süße kleine Frisch renovierte Wohnung zu Untermiete

I'll be staying with my family for a few months since they are traveling a lot, this is why my appartement is going to be available for a period of 4 ( minimum) to six months ( depending on how long you need a stay, I'm flexible )
The appartement has a great location, you're in Friesenplatz in 15 mn, the Linie 12 and 15 are 3 mn away, and you can access everything at all times of day and night.
There's a Rewe, and Lidl right next to me too. And a lot of fast food choices !
I freshly repainted the house, and I'll leave all of my furniture here, I could also leave you blankets and so on, if you Would rather being your stuff, I also have a storage space where I can put some od my things. But overall the appartement has everything you might need, Waschmaschine, Internet, and so on.
There's also a nice balcony to enjoy the sun!
The most important thing is that you are a clean person who will take care of the appartement in my absence. :)
