Die Wohnung ist in zentraler Lage in Köln (Sülz), liegt im 29. Stock und hat daher einen fantastischen Ausblick über Köln. Am Abend auf dem Balkon zu sitzen, mit Ausblick auf den Dom, Fernsehturm, Rhein und die Lichter Kölns ist ein unbeschreibliches Gefühl.

Die U-Bahn-Linie 18 hält direkt vor der Haustür (11 min zum Dom/Hbf), auch die Bus-Linie 142 fährt alle 10 Minuten direkt vor der Tür ab zur Südstadt und nach Ehrenfeld. Die Linie 9 ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt mit direkter Verbindung zur Messe Köln (Deutz). Die Wohnung liegt an der Universitätstraße, so dass die Uni-Gebäude und Uni-Klinik fußläufig erreichbar sind. A subway stop (line 18) is located directly in front of the building, taking you to the main station and the cathedral in 11 minutes. Also the bus line 142 stops directly in front of the building. In walking distance (5 min), you can get to the line 9, which takes you directly to the trade fair Cologne (Deutz). Situated on the Universitätsstraße, the university buildings are located in walking distance. The apartment is a great fit for people working or studying at the university or somewhere in central Cologne.
