Da ich in einem Monat Deutschland verlasse, suche ich eine(n) Nachmieter(in) für meine Wohnung. Die Einzug ist ab dem .15.07.2017 möglich.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem geräumigen Zimmer mit Hochbett, einer Küche, einem Bad und einem kleinen Flur. Ich würde die Wohnung gerne möbliert übergeben, d. h.:
- die Küchenmöbel: klein Kühlschrank, Herd, Mikrowelle, Regalen.
- Waschmaschine
- die Zimmermöbel: 2 Regale, Bett, Matratze (200x140 cm), Decke, Garderobe, 2 Tische (einen Esstisch und einen Couchtisch), 3 Stühle und 2 Sitzsäcken
- Andere Sachen (wie z.B Kochgeschirr, Besteck, Teller, Lampen etc.) können auch gern übernommen werden.

I’m looking for someone to take over my apartment, since I’m leaving Germany in about a month. It would be available from July 15th.
It has a big living/room bedroom with a loft double bed, a kitchen, a bathroom and a small hallway. I’m looking for someone who’d like to take it as is it, furniture included:
- Kitchen: electric oven, microwave and a small fridge
- Washing machine
- Living room/ bedroom: bed structure, mattress (200x140 cm), duvet, wardrobe, a big table, 3 chairs, 2 bean bags and a low table.
- I’d be happy to leave here also pots, pans, plates, cutlery, lamps etc.
Die Haltestelle "Stannebeinplatz" ist 3 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. An der Haltstelle fahren die Bahnlinie 1 (10 minuten zum Hauptbahnhof) und sowie die Buslinien 70 und 79. Mit dem Fahrrad benötigt man zum(r) Augustusplatz/Uni 15 Minuten maximal. Parkplätze sind bei Bedarf ausreichend vorhanden.
Desweiteren befinden sich im Umkreis (gegen 5 Minuten zu Fuß) mehrere Supermärkte (Netto, Penny und Rewe) und unterschiedlichste andere Geschäfte.

The apartment is quite close to the city center, either by tram, bike or walking. The stop “Stannebeinplatz” is 3 minutes away and from there you can catch the tram line 1 and be in the main station in less than 10 minutes, or buses 70 (to Connewitz) and 79. By bike it would take you 15 min max. to Augustusplatz/Uni.
There are several supermarkets within a couple of minutes’ walk (Netto, Penny and Rewe) as well as pharmacies, doctors, post office and so on.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 200 €, dazu kommt noch die Strom i. H. v. 40 € mit der Stadtwerke. Zusätzlich fallen die Kaution für die Wohnung von 429 € und die Möbel (380 €) an.

The rent is 200€/month, all included but the electricity (which for me was 40€/month with the Stadtwerke). Besides, I would be selling the above mentioned furniture for 380€ and there is a deposit of 420€.
