Ich untermiete meine sehr schöne Wohnung vom Anfang Februar bis Ende März (oder irgendwann dazwischen - bin relativ flexibel). Sie ist 32m2 groß und völlig mobiliert mit: Bett, Schlafsofa (für 2 Personen), Hängematte, Drucker, Küche mit alles was man braucht, Waschmaschine und Badewanne. (Dazu habe ich auch 2 Luft- und eine extra Matratze, falls gebraucht!).
Das Haus hat auch einen Aufzug und Fahrradhof. Man kann auch sehr gut nebenan parken.
I'm subleting my cozy apartament for the months of February and March (dates are flexible). It's 32m2 and fully furnished with anything one would need: a washing machine, a kitchen with all the cooking equipment you might need, a bathroom with bathtub, a printer, a pull out couch with room for 2 people (plus 2 extra mattresses) and even a hammock! Besides that, the apartment is located on the 3rd floor (there's an elevator ;)) and there's a place to put your bike. The block also has multiple parking spots that are pretty much always available.
Die Lage ist echt super: Die Wohnung liegt in Reudnitz, zwischen zwei Leipzigs wichtigsten Parks: Friendenspark und Lene-Volgt-Park (jeweils 10Min zu Fuß entfernt). Sie ist auch ca. 10 Min mit der Bahn vom Stadtzentrun entfernt (man kommt noch leichter mit dem Rad dahin ;)). Ansonsten gibt es zwei Straßenbahn- und zwei Buslinien sehr nah dran (und auch einen S-Bahnhof wenn man ein bisschen weiter läuft). Das heißt praktischerweise: ganz Leipzig ist sehr schnell und easy erreichbar!!
Außerdem ist der näheste Supermarkt 3 Min zu Fuß entfernt und entlang der Straße findet man mehrere Dönnerläden und andere sehr gute Restaurants zum Ausprobieren.
The location is amazing! The apartment is located between two big parks. There are also two tram/bus stations extremely close by, so that you reach the city center within about 10 minutes. The connections are pretty good as well, so you can reach anywhere in town relatively fast and easily!!
It's also worth mentioning that the closest supermarket is 3min away by foot and the street has multiple restaurants and cheap eating spots.
