My name is Ana. I am looking for someone to rent my beautiful 1 Room Apartment in Schleußig (Könneritz Strasse 3). The apartment has 1 Main Room, I separated Kitchen and 1 Bathroom. It is very spacious and the location is perfect. The windows open with a beautiful view of the tiny bridge. And the backdoor of the house opens directly into the park. In short it is a perfect location connected to the city as well as the park.Trams 1 and 2 run direct to the city centre and the station is Holbeinstrasse.
I am looking for someone because I am moving to Berlin. I am willing to sell most of the furniture of the house at very low rates.
The rent in sum (including the Nebenkosten) is 242 Euros. I pay 31 Euros/month for electricity to Stadtwerke Leipzig and 15.00 Euros for the Internet connection.

I have already moved to Berlin so the house will be showed as per appointment by my friend who lives there until end of February.
The apartment is free from March onwards. The Caution is the rent for 1.5 months.

There is a Konsum on the same street (Könneritz Strasse) 5 minutes away. A späti (Speissekammer) very close by. Also a Natur kost at 5 minutes walking distance.
Some very nice bars in the area!!
