wegen eines Auslandspraktikums vermiete ich meine 1 Zimmer Wohnung mit Balkon für August und September unter. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert, inkl. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine. In der Küche werde ich alles selbstredend da lassen; den Kleiderschrank aber natürlich ausräumen.
Das Haus wurde erst letztes Jahr saniert, dementsprechend ist alles tipptopp. Die Wohnung ist im 6. OG, aber keine Sorge: Es gibt auch einen Fahrstuhl!
Vom Balkon aus hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf den MDR Turm. Dort habe ich außerdem Erdbeeren, Himbeeren und Brombeeren angepflanzt, die gerne genascht werden dürfen, wenn sie im Gegenzug ab und an etwas Wasser abbekommen ;-)

due an internship abroad, my 1 room apartment is free to rent from August to September. It's fully furnished incl. a washing machine & dishwasher. Moreover I will leave all kitchen supplies, so all you need is your suitcase!
The house has just been sanified last year, so everything is still new. The flat is on the 6th floor, but no worries: there's also an elevator.
You'll have a lovely look to the MDR tower from the balcony, where I also planted strawberries, rapsberries & blackberries, which are allowed to snack, if you water them from time to time. ;-)
Die Wohnung liegt genau zwischen dem Wilhelm-Leuschner-Platz & Bayrischer Bahnhof. In 5 Minuten ist man in der Innenstadt, in 10 an der beliebten KarLi, wo viele alternative Bars & Geschäfte sind.
Direkt gegenüber ist ein Edeka, am Bayrischen Bahnhof findet man außerdem einen Aldi.
Schräg gegenüber befindet sich ein großes Studierenden Wohnheim, wo auch der StuK (Studierenden Keller) angesiedelt ist, indem regelmäßig Parties stattfinden.
The flat is right between Wilhelm-Leuschner-Platz & Bayrischer Bahnhof. You've just got to walk 5 minutes to the city centre or 10 minutes to the famous KarLi, where you'll find alternative bars & shops.
Right across the street is a supermarket; at Bayrischer Bahnhof you'll find a discounter.
Also across the street is a huge residential home for students, where's also a bar which hosts parties at a regularly basis.
