Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine schöne, große 1 Zimmer-Altbauwohnung ( ~42qm) im Herzen Leipzigs. Ein gemütliches Zimmer mit separater Küche und ein Bad mit Badewanne.
Ich möchte die Wohnung gern zum 15.05.2018 übergeben.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer kaum befahrenen Seitengasse und ist deshalb trotz ihrer zentralen Lage sehr ruhig. In unmittelbarer Nähe findet sich der Leipziger Park Rosental und der Zoo. In der Innenstadt seid ihr zu Fuß in fünf Minuten.
Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs befinden sich ca. 500 Meter entfernt (NETTO & Einkaufscenter "Höfe am Brühl").
Die separate Single-Küche ist solide ausgestattet (Mini-Ofen, Mini-Kochplatten, Spüle, Arbeitsplatte) und kann ggf. übernommen werden.
Auch die Waschmaschine kann bei Bedarf übernommen werden.
