Die Wohnung liegt in der Fußgängerzone.
Zu Fuß sind es 1 min zum Marktplatz und zur langen Mittelstraße (=DIE Fußgängerzone).
Der Netto (300m) und deins-Biomarkt (600m) sind die nächsten Supermärkte.
Bäcker, dm, Rossmann, Volksbank, Sparkasse und halt alle Läden der Innenstadt sind super nah (1-4 min zu Fuß).
Es liegt keine große Verkehrsstraße in der Nähe. Man hört nur hin und wieder Autos, die durch die Echternstraße (30km/h) fahren. Ich habe die Geräuschkulisse als nicht störend empfunden.
Zu Fuß ist man in 12 Minuten beim Bahnhof.
Und in 12 Minuten auf dem Friedhof beim Krankenhaus zwecks Spaziergang hoch zum Staffpark. (23min)
