Search for one room apartment, studio or shared room. I got admission to the university of Hamm lippstadt

I got admission to study Electronic engineering in Hamm Lippstadt university. I am currently looking for an apartment or sheard furnished room. I need accommodate which is not far from school and can be maximum 30 mins bicycle ride. I will like to have the room latest first week of September. I am very respectful. I always make sure I pay my rents and I am a freelancer form three main freelancing sites. That is how I get my income for living. I also get support from my family and I intend to get a job too. I have never owed rent at the sheard appartemnt where I live now in the Netherlands. I will be happy if I can get a one room appartemnt or a well furnished student room for my price range. I will like to sign a contract before September if I find one. I can always come and check it if I like the pictures. Thank you.
