Hello, I am an international student studying at Hochschule Hamm-Lippstadt. I'll be travelling shortly back to my own country, so the room is free from 26/07/2019 to 20/10/2019.
During my absence, I would like to sub-lease my room to anyone who would like to stay in Lippstadt. My place is located at Bad Waldliesborn, which is 2km North from Lippstadt, and there is a good connection of buses, like 70 and C4.
I've already gotten a permission from my house owner for this sub-leasing. I also need a contract from you, so please take note.
