Möblierte Einzimmerwohnung in schöner Gegend. In dem Zimmer ist ein Bett, ein Nachttisch, ein Kleiderschrank, ein Waschbecken, ein Spiegel und ein Schreibtisch. In der Etage befinden sich mehrere Badezimmer und eine große Küche für die Bewohner. Diese sind zur gemeinsamen Nutzung. Ein Waschraum befindet sich im Gebäude ebenfalls. Die S-Bahn- Haltestelle ist kaum drei Minuten entfernt.

Das Zimmer ist für einen Auszubildenden, Studenten oder einen Berufsanfänger. Als Nachmieter kann ich für diese Wohnung nur einen Mann nehmen, weil es im Gebäude Etagen für Frauen und Etagen für Männer gibt.

Ich suche einen Untermieter für den Zeitraum von 1. Juni bis 31. August 2024. Falls Sie darüber hinaus länger bleiben möchten, wird das vermutlich auch möglich sein, wäre aber mit der Hausverwaltung abzuklären.

Furnished one-room apartment. The room has a bed, a bedside table, a wardrobe, a sink, a mirror and a desk. In the building are several bathrooms and a large kitchen for the residents. These are for shared use. There is also a laundry room in the building. The train station is about three minutes away.

The room is for a trainee, student or for someone who is starting to work. I can only take a man as a new tenant for this apartment because there are floors for women and floors for men in the building.

I am looking for a subtenant for the period from June 1st to August 31st, 2024. If you would like to stay longer, that will probably also be possible, but would have to be clarified with the property management.
