Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss mit eigenem Gartenbereich, ideal für Grillabende im Sommer. Die Lage ist eine ruhige Familienwohngegend mit Rewe und Lidl in der Nähe (7 Minuten zu Fuß).

Auto- und Fahrradstellplätze sind vorhanden.

Heizung und WLAN sind nicht inklusive :)

** Sie müssen meine Möbel gegen eine kleine Gebühr übernehmen! Inbegriffen sind die neue orthopädische Matratze, der Schreibtisch, der Schreibtischstuhl, die Wandregale, der Kleiderschrank, Badezimmerspiegel mit Beleuchtung, die Schränke im Flur und im Bad und die Bilderleisten! Alles ist neu und wurde letzten Sommer gekauft.

Hi! I‘m looking for someone to take over my apartment from the 1st of April 2024 (long term lease, min.1 year). Available to students, apprentices or working professionals.

The closest tram stop is 3 minutes away by foot (tram number 6/6A) with direct connections to the Mannheim main train station/university within 20 minutes.

The apartment is located on the ground floor with a private terrace, perfect for barbecues in the summer ☀️ and the neighbourhood is a quiet, family residential area with a Rewe and Lidl reachable by foot in 7 mins.

Car & bicycle parking areas are available. Heating and Wifi are not included in the rent and must be registered separately.

Included are: a new orthopedic mattress, study desk, desk chair, floating wall shelves, clothes cabinet, light up bathroom mirror, storage in the hall and bathroom as well as the photo rails. Everything is newly purchased last summer :)
