Subletting a room in the student dorm from June 15th till October 31st

Renting out a room in the student dormitory with 15 minutes access to campus (Johannes Gutenberg Universität, Hochschule MZ...). The room has all necessary furniture such as bed (incl. mattress), wardrobe, table, book shelves, etc. 2 bathrooms, 2 shower rooms and the kitchen (fully equipped: fridges with freezers, stove and oven, toaster, microwave...), laundry machine and clothes dryers are shared. The contract is provided on the sublease term, registration for the city hall is available. In the area around you find Rewe (3-5 minutes walk), buses number 6, 78, nearest bus stop Mainz Münchfeld. Another bus stop Johann Friedrich Von Pfeiffer Weg is around 10 minutes walk. The way to HBf Mainz is about 10 minutes with a bus. Important: the floors are divided for males and females, this is the all male floor. The price includes all the utilities, no additional cost needed. In the room I have my own fridge, which you can use while subleasing.
