Da ich während der Sommerferien in den Urlaub fahre, stelle ich mein Zimmer ab dem 5.08.2014 bis 30.09.2014 zur Verfügüng. Die monatliche Miete liegt bei 220 Euro, ist aber auch verhandelbar. Das Zimmer ist eingerichtet mit: Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Kühlschrank, Waschbecken, Bücherregal und Schlafbett. Die Fenster schauen auf Coface Arena Stadion.
Das Zimmer ist im 12 Stock im Inter 1 Gebäude, das direkt auf dem Campus der Universität liegt. Es ist auch in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Bushaltestelle Friedrich-von-Pfeiffer-Weg (3 Haltestellen bis zum Bahnhof, 5 - bis zur Stadtmitte). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind Rewe, Aldi, Edeka und verschiedene Kiosken, die um die Universitätsgelände herumsliegen.
Auf der Etage sind 3 Toiletten und 3 Duschkabinen. Die Küche muss mit anderen Leuten geteilt werden. In der Küche hat man auch ein eigenes Fach, wo man seine Sachen, z.B. Geschirr, bewahren kann. Im ersten Stock steht auch eine Tischtennisplatte und im Erdgeschoss ist ein Musikraum mit Klavier, Gitarren und anderen Musikinstrumenten.
