Für meine schöne kleine Wohnung in Markkleeberg, suche ich ab August einen Untermieter für einen Zeitraum von 6 Monaten bis zu 1 Jahr. Danach wäre es ggf. möglich, die Wohnung zu übernehmen, was jedoch zum aktuellen Zeitpunkt nicht vorgesehen ist.
Die Wohnung ist im Erstbezug mit EBK und Balkon nach Sanierung und liegt in der perfekten Lage in Markkleeberg unweit von Leipzig.
Der Cospudener See ist Fuß-läufig in 5 Min zu erreichen, ebenso wie Supermarkt, Bahnhof und Ärztehäuser sowie S-Bahnhof Markkleeberg.
Die Wohnung eignet sich perfekt als Single-Wohnung und lässt sich auch als
2.-Wohnung oder Apartment Nutzen.
Internet (250Mbit) + Strom + Heimkino über Beamer mit elektronischer Leinwand und Chromecast-Funktion.

For my beautiful little apartment in Markkleeberg, I am looking for a subtenant for a period of 6 months to 1 year from August. After that, it might be possible to take over the apartment, but this is not planned at the moment.
The apartment is brand new with fitted kitchen and balcony after renovation and is in the perfect location in Markkleeberg not far from Leipzig-City.
The Cospudener See can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, as can the supermarket, train station and medical centers as well as the Markkleeberg S-Bahn station.
Internet (250Mbit) + electricity + home cinema via projector with electronic screen and Chromecast function.
Fully equipped work station available in the room.
