Im subletting my lovely flat in Prenzlauer Berg. It is a 1-room apartment with a seperate kitchen and bathroom.
The flat is located in a friendly and peaceful area (especially compared to the rest of Berlin).
While the street is not loud, there are fantastic cafes, bars and restaurant right in the street and in the area (Kollwitzkiez).
Right down the street there is a beautiful park on a hill on which you can catch alot of sun and peace.
The flat is fully furnished and has everyone one could need. There is also a bathtub, and a halldway in which you can store all your stuff (in a closet).
The bed area is seperated by the clothes rail, so you get a really quiet and private corner for sleeping. The neighbours are very polite too.
The tram is 1 min away, just like 2 supermarkets (edeka&lidl). Whole berlin in well reachable from the area.
Good Wifi is uncluded of course as well.
If you are intersted, just send me some information in you and what your preferrable move in dates are.
You can move in almost as soon as you like. Im subletting it for 2 months. I can adjust to a few days difference. :)
