Hello all,
i am subletting my nice one room apartment for two weeks while on holiday.
There is a kitchen, bathroom, a nook with double bed and big living room with a set up to work from home if you need to, tv and internet.
it´s on the 4th floor with elevator and located right in the centre of Munich, you cannot get more central than this really.
The flat is in a great location five minutes from Marienplatz and five from Sendlinger Tor.
Only for non smokers (there is no balcony) and obviously you cannot make your Anmeldung at this address.
We can chat on zoom before making the deal, so you can also see the flat live.
PS please note that since i am going on holiday for this time, the flat will not be empty, ie. i will leave part of the wardrobe and cupboards free for you of course, while the other half will contain my things.
