Meine sehr geliebte Wohnung wird nun frei, da ich zu meiner Freundin ziehe.
Die 1Zi whg ist gut geschnitten, das ganze Haus ist durchdacht gebaut und bietet ziemlich viel comfort, weil einfach alles gut funktioniert.
Der Balkon zur südwestseite ist das Highlight aus meiner Sicht.
Einbauküche mit Spülmaschine ist drin.
Balkon ist kostenlos möbliert und ein Kleiderschrank ist auch schon dabei. Internet gibt es kostenlos (!) über Freifunk München wenn man das nutzen will.
Man braucht also nur ein Bett 😌
TG Stellplatz ist dabei, ist derzeit noch vermietet und das kann auch so bleiben wenn gewünscht.
Aktuell ist die Whg untervermietet, ich komme als Hauptmieter aber zur Besichtigung vorbei.
