bitte beachten: Diese Wohnung wird nur dann frei, wenn ihr mir im Gegenzug ein zentrales WG-ZIMMER anbieten könnt.
Mein kleines Apartment (gute 20 qm) ist freundlich, hell und ruhig zur Hofeinfahrt gelegen. Der Wohn/Schlafraum ist mit schönem Laminat ausgelegt und 2 große Fenster machen das Apartment hell und freundlich. Es gibt einen großen, weissen Einbauschrank mit viel Platz. Das Bad ist renoviert (weiss und marmorierter Boden).
Die (sehr kleine und leider alte) Küchenzeile ist neben dem Eingangsbereich mit Kühlschrank, Spüle, 2 Herdplatten und Schränke mit viel Stauraum drum herum.
Es gibt keinen Waschmaschinenanschluss. Der Waschsalon ist eine Straße weiter.
Die Lage ist sensationell. Die Isar ist quasi vor der Haustüre. Mit dem Fahrrad seid ihr in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt.
Bitte beachten: Nur zum Tausch gegen zentrales WG Zimmer!
Mein Ikea-Bett (Brimnes Tagesbettgestell, neu) muss für 150 Euro abgelöst werden.
