Furnished Room in Large Haidhausen WG in Great Location!

I am sadly departing my fantastic WG after a wonderful 1.5 years, as I move on to new adventures in the USA. Thus I am trying to find a new tenant to join my three wonderful roommates - Bastian, Pierre & Aline - starting on July 1st, 2016.

My room is a spacious 15m2 that comes fully furnished with a large wardrobe, full sized book shelf and dresser as well as a an extremely comfortable queen sized bed. The flat has a large and fully equipped kitchen that is stocked full of all appliances an utensils needed. The building is a so-called "altbau," which means that it is a beautiful old building with high ceilings and an all around charm.

Like many WGs in Munich, our flat is full of likeminded young professionals but also internationally diverse. I myself am Canadian, while Pierre is French with Bastian and Aline being our resident Germans. They all lead interesting and active lives on top of their daily work. We often catch up with each other in the kitchen and enjoy checking in to what's going on in each others lives. That said, there is a healthy amount of independence that we all enjoy, as is the case in the best WGs (I should know because I have lived in many!).

The full cost per month, including your rent, heating, water, electricity, wifi etc. comes to EUR 694, which won't be changing any time soon thanks to our recently revised electricity charges. Importantly, you should be prepared to stay in the flat for at least the first year. Its a bit more than an average WG on the outside of town; yet, this place really is something special, given its superb location and move-in readiness.
