Tiny unconventional flat at Isar river (Deutsches Museum), furnished

Hallo liebe Studenten, Altbaufreunde, Künstler, Minimalisten oder wer sonst noch gerne ungewöhnlich wohnt ;-)

Sind Dir Deine eigenen 4 Wände lieber als ein WG Zimmer? Diese kleine Wohnung von Anno Dazumal ist wieder zu haben.

1890 gab es keine Bäder im Haus, die Dusche wurde erst viel später eingebaut – direkt im Zimmer ;-) Und so ist ein Zimmer quasi 3 in 1: Wohnzimmer/Küche/Bad.

Das andere eignet sich bestens zum Schlafen. WC zur alleinigen Nutzung ist auf dem Gang.

Die Mini-Wohnung ist teilmöbliert, befindet sich im 4. Stock unterm Dach, Blick zum Innenhof, morgens bis zum frühen Nachmittag Sonnenschein. Die Dielen knarren und das Haus hat seinen ganz eigenen Charakter.

Die Lage ist ein Traum: direkt an der Isar, gegenüber vom Deutschen Museum. Isarstrand keine 5 Minuten vor dem Haus, Gärtnerplatzviertel einen Katzensprung entfernt. Mit dem Fahrrad kommt man an der Isar entlang und durch den Englischen Garten nach Schwabing. Busse und die S-Bahn-Stammstrecke sind auch in der Nähe…

Mietzeitraum: mindestens 1 Jahr oder länger ;-)

Die Miete enthält Wasser, Müllabfuhr, Treppenreinigung (übliche Betriebskosten) pauschal, d.h. es kommen keine zusätzlichen Kosten/Abrechnungen. NICHT inkludiert sind Strom und Gas.

Küche mit Kochutensilien, Geschirr, Besteck, Wasserkocher, Toaster, 2 Kochplatten
Tisch mit Stühlen, Regal, Vitrine, Schubladenkästchen, Bett, Kleiderstange, Kleiderschrank (noch nicht auf den Fotos), momentan ist keine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung, aus Platzgründen. Könnte man aber bei Bedarf ändern…

Do you prefer your own "mini-home" over sharing a flat with others?

This uncommon tiny apartment from long long ago is looking for a new resident.

Back in 1890 there where no bathrooms in those houses – that`s why the shower was built in way later – directly in the room. Thus one of the two rooms is a "3 in 1" living room, kitchen, bathroom. The other room is ideal as a bedroom. The toilet – for your use only – is in the staircase. So much for extraordinary living ;-)

The apartment is partially furnished, situated on the 4th floor below the attic. It faces the backyard and is sunny from morning till early afternoon.

The location is amazing: directly at the Isar river, river banks/beach across the street (very enjoyable in summer!), Gärtnerplatzviertel with lots of cafes and restaurants less than 10 minutes away. Bicycle lanes across the street: you can go to Schwabing/university by bike along the river and through the English Garden. Public transportation (busses, S-Bahn main line very close).

Utilities include a flat-rate of the usual costs like water, garbage disposal, cleaning of the staircase etc.
Gas and electricity are not included and need to be paid separately and directly to the provider..

Rental period: minimum one year, preferably longer.

currently there is no washing machine in the apartment due to the space, but I am open for improvements ;-)
