The apartment has 34sqm and has a balcony. A kitchen is included, and is together with the main room (no walls separate the kitchen from the living area).
Cable TV is included.
The apartment is undergoing renovations during the whole month of April, so it will look much different than it looks now. It will also be furnished (partially or fully, to be defined).
A common area with washing machines is available for use.
There is a Keller available, which had been recently fully renovated.
Note: The photos are intended to show more the area of the apartment. As it will be renovated during April, most of the current furniture and items you see won't be there.
All public transport is available around the flat.
Bus: 190/191 in front of the building.
Tram: 21 (also Nachttram) 1 min. away
U-Bahn: U5 (Innsbrucker Ring) and U2, U7 (Josephsburg) are within 10min walking distance
S-Bahn: All S-Bahns connect to Ostbahnhof (20 min. walk, 4 min by Tram), also some connect to Leuchtenbergring (8 min. walk, connection to Airport) and Berg-am-Laim (20 min. walk)
Regional: from Ostbahnhof
Car-sharing services like ShareNow and Sixt are available in the area. As well as e-scooters and bikes.
Recycling containers within 5 min. walk for glass, packaging, plastic and old clothing.
Plenty of restaurants are around the area (pizza chains, Asian, Indian, German, etc).
There is a gym in the same building!!
Several supermarkets are reachable at walking distance, this includes: Kaufland, Lidl, Edeka, as well as some specialty shops: Russian/Eastern European, Turkish, Indian. Bakeries are present too.
