Ich vermiete mein 1-Zimmer-Apartement für den Mai. Da ich umziehe, nehme ich alle meine Möbel mit. Die Wohnung wird also leer sein.
- Geibelstraße (Bogenhausen)
- zweite Etage (kein Aufzug)
- Küche im Zimmer
- Toilette auf dem Hausflur (zwei Meter vom Zimmer entfernt)
- Dusche auf dem Hausflur
Bitte beachtet: Es ist nur der Monat Mai, die Wohnung wird unmöbliert sein und ich kann leider keine Wohnungsgeberbestätigung ausstellen.
Bei Interesse schreibt mir einfach direkt bei WhatsApp oder ne SMS.
Die Lage ist top! Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Edeka ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Öffentlichen in 5 Minuten. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man auch in 10 Minuten mitten in der Stadt. Ansonsten ist die Gegend ist sehr schön mit vielen alten Bauwerken und ruhig.
Leider habe ich keine Bilder des Zimmers ohne Möbel, aber ich denke es vermittelt einen ersten Eindruck.
