ich suche für mein möbliertes Appartement im Arabellahaus/Shearton-Hotel jemanden zur Zwischenmiete vom 15.8.2023 (flexibel) bis zu 15.11.2023 (flexibel) Das Appartement ist nahe der U-Bahn, die Innenstadt ist ca 15min mit dem Fahrrad entfernt, der Englische Garten und die Isar sind sogar gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Das Appartement ist ca 33m² groß, hat einen räumlich abgetrennten Eingangsbereich mit Küche (2 Herdplatten, Spüle, Kühlschrank) und einen Hauptraum mit Einbauschrank, Bett, Schreibtisch, Kommode, etc. Vom Balkon kannst du perfekt den Sonnenuntergang genießen (Blick auf City & Alpen). Einen Waschkeller gibt es ebenfalls.
