Hallo!

Mein Name ist Juan. Ich bin vom 07.12.2023 bis 21.02.2024 im Urlaub. In dieser festen Zeit vermiete ich meine Einzimmerwohnung unter.

Das Studio befindet sich im 15. Stock (ja, es gibt einen Aufzug :)) eines Apartmentkomplexes. Es besteht aus dem Hauptbereich, der den Schlafbereich, den Wohnbereich, den Arbeitsbereich und auch einen Essbereich umfasst.

Das Studio verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete moderne Küche mit Herd, Backofen und Kühlschrank.

Das Badezimmer ist modern und besteht aus Toilette, Waschbecken und Badewanne.

Mein Lieblingsbereich der Wohnung ist der Balkon. Es hat eine Couch, auf der man es sich gemütlich machen kann, um ein Buch zu lesen oder etwas zu trinken, sowie einen Tisch, an dem man an sonnigen Tagen zu Mittag essen kann! Vom Balkon hast du den BESTEN Blick über München und die schönsten Sonnenuntergänge!

Die Miete beinhaltet den Zugang zu einem 360 Grad Rooftop Spa- und Fitnessbereich, der aus einem Fitnessstudio, einem Pool, einer Trockensauna, einer Nasssauna und einem riesigen Loungebereich besteht, in dem du dich hinlegen und beim Lesen ganz München beobachten kannst.

Die Miete von 1.600 EUR pro Monat beinhaltet ALLES:
* Vollständig möbliertes Studio mit Küche und Balkon
* Alle Nebenkosten
* Internet und
* Zugang zum Rooftop Spa und Fitnessstudio

Es gibt einen gemeinsamen Waschbereich, in dem du mehrere Waschmaschinen und Trockner findest.

Wie du auf den Bildern sehen kannst, habe ich mehrere Pflanzen, um die ich dir bitten möchte sie zu kümmern, während ich nicht zu Hause bin. Sie bringen Leben in meine Wohnung!

My name is Juan. I will be on holiday from 7.12.2023 until 21.02.2024. I will sublet my studio apartment during this fixed time.

The studio is located on the 15th floor (yes, there is an elevator :)) of an apartment complex. It consists of the main area which includes the sleeping area, living area, working space, and also a dining area.

The studio has a fully equipped modern kitchen with stove, oven, and fridge.

The bathroom is modern and consists of a toilet, sink, and bathtub.

My favorite area of the apartment is the balcony. It has a couch where you can curl up to read a book or have something to drink, as well as a table to have lunch on sunny days! From the balcony, you will have the BEST view of Munich and the most beautiful sunsets!

The rent includes access to a 360 degrees rooftop spa and fitness area, which consists of a fitness studio, a pool, a dry sauna, a wet sauna, and a huge lounge area where you can lie down and watch all of Munich while reading a book.

The rent of 1.600 EUR per month includes EVERYTHING:
* Fully furnished Studio with kitchen and balcony
* All utilities
* Internet, and
* access to the rooftop spa and fitness studio)

There is a common washing area where you will find multiple washing machines and dryers.

As you can see from the images I have several plants that I will kindly ask you to take care of while I am not at home. They are what brings life to my apartment!
