1-Zimmer-Apartment im Deba-Haus (war früher ein Hotel). Das Zimmer ist vollmöbliert und auch mit einigen Gebrauchsgegenständen wie Fernseher, Waschmaschine, Internet, Töpfen, Teller und Besteck eingerichtet. Bei Interesse kann ich gerne mehr Fotos schicken.

2 Supermärkte in direkter Nähe, sowie Arztzentrum und Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Die Buslinien 63, 134 und 151 passieren hier, die 63er fährt alle 10 Minuten zu den Stoßzeiten. Die U3 ist 15 - 20 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Nachtlinie N41 hält direkt vor der Tür.
Forstenrieder Park sowie Südpark sind in der Nähe.
Für das eigene Auto findet sich immer ein Platz im Umfeld, keine Parkgebühren.
Die Wohnung hat eine Ostausrichtung, d.h. morgens Sonne und selten windig, dafür aber die Geräusche der Strasse. Fürs Studieren gibt es eine große Tischfläche. Das große Sofa ist ausziehbar und von solider Qualität, man kann sehr gut darauf schlafen, auch zu zweit.
Die Wohnung soll zunächst nur für ein, maximal zwei Semester vermietet werden.
