I'm looking for someone to rent my apartment while I go abroad for an internship. You have to be enrolled at one of the Universities in order for me to sublet the room to you. It's a single room with your own private bathroom and fridge. You would share a large kitchen with the other people on the floor. The rent price includes everything.

Sorry for my terrible German...Ich versuche mal:
Ich suche jemand, der mein Einzelzimmer untermieten kann. Du musst an einer Hochschule in Muenchen immatrikuliert werden. Ich mache ein Praktikum ins Ausland, und bin bis Januar unterwegs. Du würdest dein eigenes Badezimmer haben, aber die Küche würdest du mit anderen teilen.
