Hey zusammen,
ich ziehe in 2 Wochen um und deswegen möchte ich mein Zimmer ab Juli vermieten. Die Wohnung ist 18m2 und befindet sich im 3 Stock eines privaten Studentenwohnheims.
Sie kommt mit einem Bett, einem Schreibtisch und einem Schrank.
Gerade sieht das Zimmer sehr voll aus aber ich werde alles vor der Übergabe wegräumen haha
Küche und WC/Bad sind auch vorhanden.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 530€ und Kaution 1590€.
Mein Vertrag läuft bis Ende Oktober aber danach könntest du entweder Kündigen oder bis 3 Jahre dort wohnen.
Das Wohnheim liegt am Leonrodplatz und ist 3 Minuten von der Tram Station entfernt.
LMU und TU sind in 10 min erreichbar, Olympiapark in 3min und Hauptbahnhof in 8min.
Hier um die Ecke sind 2 Edekas und 1 Penny.
Bei uns im Innenhof kann man ganz entspannt sein Fahrrad abstellen.
Ansonsten gibt es auch vor dem Wohnheim Parkmöglichkeiten für die Bewohner.
Da es sich um einen Studentenwohnheim handelt dürfen nur Studenten hier wohnen.
Von dir benötige ich (bzw. die Hausverwaltung) eine Immatrikulationsbescheinigung und die Bürgschaft deiner Eltern ( oder jemand der hier in Deutschland lebt ).
