We are subletting our fully furnished flat from May to end of August
it's ideal for a couple or a single person - no WG, no animals
Although it's an altbau, the apartment was fully renovated in 2021 with brand new parket that needs good care.
Few details:
- we are on the 4th floor without an elevator
- there is an open kitchen (incl fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher) to the dining/living area (incl TV)
- 1 bedroom
- 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine
- 3 plants to take care of :)
- subletting contract only (the name on the bell will remain ours but you can add your name on the letter box)
- electricity, gas and internet are included in prices above so you don't need to subscribe to anything
- we can be flexible on your arrival
We are looking for respectful people of the flat but also our neighbors.

The flat is almost directly by the ubahn poccistr between the Wiesn and Bahnwärter Thiel.
Isar is 7 min away by bike
