Ich suche einen Mieter, der mind. 8 Monate in meine schöne, kleine Wohnung einziehen will. Ich gehe ins Ausland, danach besteht die Möglichkeit (bei Interesse) die Wohnung zu übernehmen.
Die Wohnung hat einen kleinen Eingangsbereich mit Kochnische und Kühlschrank, ein kleines Bad mit Dusche und ein großes Zimmer. Die Wohnung schaut zum Hof raus und ist sehr ruhig, die Nachbarn sind nett.
Waschmaschine gibt es keine, dafür sind zwei Waschsalone um die Ecke.
Die Lage ist echt super - 5 min zur U2 Theresienstraße, 2 min zum Bus 154 Richtung Universtität, das TU Stammgelände ist in gehweite. Die Wohnung ist direkt an der Ecke Augustenstr./Schellingstr, es finden sich zahlreiche, nette Cafes und Bars um die Ecke, die Pinakotheken sind in gehweite, anderes kulturelles Angebot ist auch vorhanden.
