Studentenappartement in Maxvorstadt ab Juni/Juli

Ich bin auf der Suche nach der Nachmieterin meines schönen Zimmers, da ich dort ausziehen werde. Die WG wird von einer privaten Hausverwaltung verwaltet. Die Nachmieterin sollte eine Studentin sein, da sich das Zimmer in der Frauenhalle befindet. Das Zimmer ist mit allen notwendigen Möbeln ausgestattet, einschließlich der Einbauküche (einschließlich Herd, Kühlschrank und Spüle). Toilette und Dusche werden gemeinsam genutzt und sie befinden sich in verschiedenen Räumen. Toilette und Dusche sind in der Gesamtfläche enthalten.

Die Lage ist perfekt, da die U2-Station Josephsplatz und die Busbahnhöfe 153/154 befinden sich vor dem Gebäude. Der Hauptbahnhof und das Sendlinger Tor sind nur ein paar U-Bahn-Haltestellen entfernt. TUM und LMU sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

Das Zimmer befindet sich im 2. Stock und ist mit dem Aufzug erreichbar.

I am looking for the next tenant of my lovely room since I will move out of there. The WG is managed by private property management. The next tenant should be a female student since the room is located in the female hall. The room is equipped with all the necessary furniture, including the fitted kitchen (including hobs, fridge, and sink). Toilet and shower are shared and they are in separate rooms. Toilet and shower are included in the total area.

The location is perfect as the U2 Josephsplatz station and 153/154 bus stations are located in front of the building. Hauptbahnhof and Sendlinger Tor are just a couple of U-Bahn stops away. TUM and LMU are within walking distance.

The room is on the 2nd floor and can be accessed by the elevator.
