Ich würde gerne mein Zimmer im Geschwister-Scholl Wohnheim an April 10 bis Ende Juni untervermieten. Das Zimmer befindet sich im ersten Stock, ist 12qm groß, mit eigenem Waschbecken; die Küche und das Badezimmer werden mit anderen Flurbewohnern geteilt. Bett, Schreibtisch und Schränke sind vorhanden.
Das Studentenwohnheim ist sehr belebt und hier wohnen viele internationale Studierende aus der ganzen Welt. Wöchentlich werden gemeinsame Veranstaltungen, Ausflüge und Partys organisiert, so dass man hier schnell Anschluss findet.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral und nur fünf Gehminuten von der U-bahn Station Theresienstraße sowie TUM entfernt.
Es gibt eine schöne Terrasse im Innenhof, des Weiteren verfügt das Heim unter anderem über einen kleinen Fitnessraum, einen Musikraum und einen Tischtennisraum. Weitere Informationen gibt es auf https://www.schollheim.net/
Die Gesamtmiete für einen Monat beträgt 300€ (warm inkl. Strom und Internet) und eine Kaution von 50€ muss vor dem Einzug überwiesen werden.

I would like to sublet my room in the Geschwister-Scholl dormitory to April 10 until the end of June. The room is located on the second floor, is 12sqm, with its own sink; the kitchen and bathroom are shared with other hall residents. Bed, desk and closets are provided.
The dormitory is very busy and many international students from all over the world live here. Weekly common events, excursions and parties are organized, so you will quickly find a connection here.
The location is very central and only a five-minute walk from the U-bahn station Theresienstraße and TUM.
