In unmittelbarer Nähe (5 Gehminuten) befindet sich die U-Bahnhaltestellen Universität, von der aus die U-Bahnlinien U3 und U6 fahren. Zur U-Bahnhaltestelle Josephsplatz (U2) sind es 8 min zu Fuß. Um die Ecke ist eine Bushaltestelle, von der aus die Linien 153 und 154 fahren. Außerdem ist eine Tramhaltestelle nicht weit. Die Wohnung liegt über der ältesten Pizzeria Münchens. In der Gegend gibt es eine Vielzahl von Restaurants, Bars und Geschäften. Die LMU ist gleich nebenan und um in den Englische Garten zu kommen muss man nur ans Ende der Straße gehen.

There are a variety of restaurants, bars and stores in the area. The LMU is right next door and to get to the English Garden you only have to go to the end of the street.

Ich ziehe in eine andere Stadt und deswegen kannst du der neue Mieter werden. Die Wohnung stelle ich möbliert zur Verfügung inklusive Küche, Bett, Schrank, Kommode, Schreibtisch, Esstisch, ausziehbarer Couch, Balkonmöbel und Grill. Die zu zahlende Ablösesumme beträgt 2.400€.
