Brand new apartment, with tv, full furnished, 1 minute from Ubahn u2, and 5 minutes walking to Scheidplatz.
Supermarket and Pharmacies around the corner, bakery and restaurants.
Very residencial area, with green parks, and very close to Olympia Park. The apartment is full furnished , with tv cable except internet, the router is there but there is a problem with it, and unfortunatelly is not working for the moment, but there are lot of areas next to the apartment with internet wi fi conecctions.
There is a beatifull terrace as well in the apartment to enjoy de sun every morning.
This area is very easy to go to downtown in the city, the ubahn U2 is right there out of the apartment and is very nice, because it is not a main station so there are not to many people . It takes around 7 minutes to go downtown and main areas in the city.
