Hi zusammen,
ab dem 10. August bis zum 31. October wird mein schönes Zimmer in einem Wohnheim in der Maxvorstadt frei und ich suche einen/e Untermieter/in für die kurze Zeit (eigene Küche, geteilte WC/Dusche). Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 qm groß und sehr hell.
I'll be renting out my bedroom from the 10th of August until the 31st of October, as I'm going home to see my family. It's a 20 sq. m. room in a dorm (own kitchen but shared bathroom). The room is really bright.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral in der Maxvorstadt - Cafés, Restaurants, Bars, Rewe, Edeka, Rossmann alles innerhalb von 3-10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zum Marienplatz brauchst du 10-15 Minuten mit dem Rad. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Hinterhof im 4. Stock (ohne Aufzug), ist ruhig, sehr hell. Geteilt werden WC, Duschraum und Waschmaschine.
The flat is a perfect location, 7 min walking from the LMU, 10 from the Pinakotheken. The U2 Josephsplatz is just a 7 minute walk away by foot, but the tram is around the corner (Nordendstraße). Coffeeshops, Restaurants, Bars, as well as supermarkets are 3-10 min away by foot. To Marienplatz you'll just need a 10-15 min bike ride.
The room is on the 5th floor without a lift, very quiet. There's a brand new kitchen in the room (last few details are being finished right now) with everything one might need for the short stay. The room is fully furnished from bed, couch, desk, tv and so on.
