Ich biete eine Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung zur Untermiete vom 13. März bis 1. April an. Sie liegt nur einen Steinwurf vom schönen Nymphenburger Kanal entfernt und in einer ruhigen Gegend. Die Miete inklusive Strom, Heizung und Internet beträgt 500€. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Geschirrspüler, Induktionskochfeld, Backofen, Esstisch, etc.
Im Wohnzimmer gibt es ein Doppelbett, einen Teppich und einen ausklappbaren Laptop-Schreibtisch. Außerdem haben Sie einen großen exklusiven Balkon.

Kabelloses Internet über Kabelmodem ist ebenfalls verfügbar.

Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Badewanne, einem Waschbecken mit Spiegel und einer Toilette mit Schlauch ausgestattet.

Der Zeitraum ist nicht verlängerbar und ein KVR-Eintrag ist nicht möglich.
