Meine möblierte 1-Zimmer-Wohnung im Stadtteil Neuhausen wird ab 1 July verfügbar da ich nach Wien umziehen werde.

Du bist: eine Frau (sorry an die Guys), nicht Raucherin, Studierende oder angestellt, sauber und nett :) Im Haus wohnen eher Familien, deswegen würde ich erwarten dass du keine Parties in der Wohnung machst, aber klar - Freunden zum Essen einladen ist total in Ordnung. Die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich und es ist ruhig im Haus auch während des Tages.

Du willst: eine kleine günstige Wohnung für dich allein, die schon für dich eingerichtet ist und wo du einfach mit dem Koffer einziehen kannst. Jedoch brauchst du eine tolle Lage (gemütlich und gut erreichbar) und siehst die Olympiapark-Nähe als großer Vorteil.

Die Möbel gehört den Vermieter und wird drinnen bleiben. Es gibt auch simple Küchen-Sachen dazu, wie Tellern, Tassen, Besteck und so weiter.

In der Wohnung (die am 3te Stock ohne Aufzug liegt) hat man:
- Wohnzimmer (was auch als Schlafzimmer gilt)
- Küche
- Bad mit Badewanne
- Flur mit einer Kommode und großem Schrank

- Waschmaschine und Trockner sind im Keller und werden mit den Nachbarn geteilt. Die Nachbarn nutzen die sehr wenig - so ist es alles fast für dich allein.

Die Miete ist warm, inklusive auch WLAN.

Summary:

- PLACE: Nice family neighbourhood, safe. There is plenty of fast connections to the city (Tram and Metro)
- APARTMENT: Furnitured and fully prepared for you to move in with the luggage. You could bring your small furniture and add it to the current one - there is enough space.
- PRICE: For this area it is a very good offer. The price is ALL-IN (also internet, radio)
- CONTRACT: we are flexible, we prefer a LONG TERM sublet contract, however we are open to discuss it with you.
- VIEWING: Over the weekend, personally or via Skype.

My one-room apartment is available and can be rented from 1 July, because I am moving to Vienna for work.

You are: a (preferably a female candidate), not smoking, studying or employed, clean and friendly. In the house there are mostly families, therefore we expect you not to be very loud with parties or other endeavours, however it is of course ok to have friends over for a dinner or coffee. The neighbours are friendly and generally it is very calm and quiet in the house even during the days.

You look for: a small economic apartment for yourself, that is already prepared for you (so worry-free), where you could just move in with your luggage. You would appreciate a great location with good connection to the city centre as well as a nice and safe area to live. You would also like that Olympiapark as well as Nymphenburger Park is within a close reach and would love to spend your weekends walking or biking around.

The furniture belongs to the owner and will be staying inside. There are also already prepared kitchen stuff for you including plates, cups and silverware.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator. There are: living-sleeping room with a couch clap-bed (very comfortable, don't doubt it :)), Kitchen with a separate door, Bathroom with a bathtub and a corridor with a big Commode and 2 shelf cupboards.

- The washing machine and the dryer are available in the down floor and are shared with other neighbours. However it is mostly free to use - therefore no need to worry.

The price includes all the costs (warm) as well as internet and radio fee.
