I am subletting my very bright 1-room apartment from 6.4.-6.7.13, as my company is sending me abroad. Professionals and Interns preferred, no couples, or people with pets need to apply. Non-smoker only.
The room has just been newly renovated, has a new carpet and has newly been (fully) furnished with a queensize bed, a sofa, a desk with a monitor and an HD-Flatscreen LCD. 20mbit WLAN flatrate is also at your service. The kitchen has all basic utensils, cutlery, a small oven, water boiler, a toaster and a washing machine.
The flat is 2-3 minutes away from Giesing metro station (10 min to Hauptbahnhof, door to station and connects via U1, U2, Tram 15,25, Bus 54, N27, N43, N44). Groceries stops are literally a couple of footsteps away.
Rent is 540 per month all utilities included and since all equipment is news the deposit will be one months rent additionally due when moving in.

Ich zwischenvermiete meine sehr helle 1-Zimmer-Wohnung vom 06.04- 6.7.13, da ich beruflich ins Ausland fahre. Professionals und Praktikanten bevorzugt, keine Pärchen od. Interessenten mit Haustieren. Nur Nichtraucher.
Die Wohnung wurde erst Anfang des Jahres neu bezogen, daher ist Sie frisch renoviert, hat einen neuen Teppich und wurde komplett neu eingerichtet mit einem 140cm breiten Bett, Sofa und einem Full HD-LCD Fernseher. Eine 20mbit WLAN flatrate ist auch vorhanden. Die Küche hat jede Menge Küchenutensilien, einen Ofen, Wasserkocher, Toaster und eine Waschmaschine (auch alles neu).
Lage:
Die Wohnung liegt 2-3 min Fußweg vom U- und S-Bahnhof Giesing entfernt und man hat dadurch eine ausgezeichnete Nahverkehrsanbindung. (10 min am Hauptbahnhof und Verbindungen über U1, U2, Tram 15,25, Bus 54, N27, N43, N44).
Lebensmitteldiscounter befinden sich nichtmal in 50m Reichweite.
Die Miete beträgt 540 Euro Monatlich und da alles in der Wohnung neu ist beträgt die Kaution eine Monatsmiete die ab Einzug fällig ist.
