I rent my cozy apartment for a minimum of one and a maximum of 3 weeks from 24.12.2021
The apartment is located on the 4th floor (elevator available) in the authentic neighborhood Obergiesing. Quiet location, right next to a small park. The apartment comes with a big balcony.
The bus station (bus line 54) is right outside the front door, the subway station (Untersbergstraße) is 6 minutes away, the train station Giesing (S-Bahn) can be reached in 10 minutes. It will take you max 10 minutes to get to the city center.
Two supermarkets (Penny and Netto) are 5 minutes away. A little further on at the Giesing train station you will find more supermarkets, DM and an organic store.
For fresh bread or pretzel you only need to get to the ground floor, there you'll find a bakery.
The apartment is fully equipped. Wifi available. You can use everything and feel at home :)
