14 days rent is the minimum. 45,- Euro/day, max. 20 days.
Money need to be paid in advance. Caution is a must and will be paid back , if no damage has occurred.
No smokers and unfortunately no pets either.
My apartment is small and nice, but perfectly divided into small "living areas" - see photos. You should like to climb on bunk beds and possibly not be 2 m tall, otherwise it might be a bit uncomfortable when you wake up.
Basically everything you need is there. From bedding to towels, to cleaning utensils, spices, etc.
The house is in a very quiet location, although the Mittlerer Ring is nearby. The residents are all friendly and helpful. If the winter doesn't get too strong, you can also relax on my beautiful balcony.
Strong WiFi is available for the home office or to watch your favorite series or films online.
I don't own a television.

Zwischenmiete vom 11.12.2023 - 30.12.2023
Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt 14 Tage. 45,- Euro/Tag, max. 20 Tage.
Das Geld muss im Voraus bezahlt werden. Die Kaution muss hinterlegt werden, und wird komplett zurückbezahlt, sofern keine Schäden entstanden sind.
Keine Raucher und leider auch keine Haustiere.
Mein Apartment ist klein und fein, aber perfekt unterteilt in kleine "Wohnbereiche" - siehe Fotos. Man sollte gerne auf Hochbetten klettern und evtl. nicht 2 m gross sein, sonst wird's evtl. etwas ungemütlich beim aufwachen.
Im Grunde ist alles da was man braucht. Von Bettwäsche bis Handtücher, bis Putzutensilien, Gewürzen etc.
Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, obwohl der Mittlere Ring gleich in der Nähe ist. Die Hausbewohner sind allesamt freundlich und hilfsbereit. Falls der Winter nicht allzu streng wird, kann man auch gut auf meinem schönen Balkon entspannen.
Starkes Wlan ist vorhanden fürs Homeoffice, oder um seine Lieblingsserie oder Filme online anzuschauen.
Einen Fernseher besitze ich nicht.
The apartment is right between Obergiesing and Ramersdorf.
It has very good transport connections, two bus stops right outside the front door (145 and 59). In addition, the Giesing train station (U2, U8, S7, S3, tram, bus) can be reached on foot in 10 minutes, by bike in less than 5 minutes. Supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, gyms in the immediate vicinity. Grünstadter Park is right next door and other parks are nearby.
Marienplatz can be reached in 15 minutes by bike or public transport.
It takes 12 minutes to get to Messestadt West with the U2.
The Mittlerer Ring is just around the corner, so you can get everywhere quickly by car. Unfortunately, my garage is sublet, but there are always parking spaces in front of the door.

Die Wohnung liegt genau zwischen Obergiesing und Ramersdorf.
Sie hat sehr gute Verkehrsanbindungen, zwei Bushaltestellen direkt vor der Haustüre (145 und 59). Ausserdem ist der Giesinger Bahnhof (U2, U8, S7, S3, Trambahn, Bus) zu Fuß in 10 min zu erreichen, mit dem Fahrrad in weniger als 5 min.
Supermärkte, Apotheke, Banken, Fitnessstudios in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Grünstadter Park ist gleich nebenan und weitere Parks sind in der Nähe.
Der Marienplatz ist in 15 min mit dem Fahrrad oder den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar.
Zur Messestadt West braucht man 12 min. mit der U2.
Der Mittlere Ring ist gleich um die Ecke, mit dem Auto ist man also auch überall schnell. Meine Garage ist leider untervermietet, aber es finden sich auch immer Parkplätze vor der Türe.
A trekking bike is available and can - on request - be shared. But I would have to put an extra small deposit (in case of theft or damage).

Ein Trekking Bike ist vorhanden und kann - auf Wunsch - mitbenutzt werden. Dafür müsste ich allerdings eine extra kleine Kaution stellen (im Falle von Diebstahl oder Beschädigung).
