Hallo, da ich geschäftlich kaum in München bin, biete ich meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung ab November an. Bezüglich der Dauer bin ich flexibel: sowohl bis zum 1.April 2017 als auch bis zum 1.Oktober 2017 (mit möglicher Verlängerung nach 30.09 je nachdem wie es mit der Arbeit laufen wird).

Ein rechteckiges Zimmer mit 2 Fenstern, 17 m² groß und komplett möbliert mit Internet. Zur Möbel gehört alles was auf den Fotos zu sehen ist: großer Kleiderschrank, Sofa, Esstisch mit Stühlen, Bett und Regal (Schreibtisch und Stuhl kommen noch). Kompakte Küchenzeile im Eingangsbereich hat alles was man braucht: Elektroherd(ohne Backofen), Mikrowelle mit Grillfunktion, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank, sowie Schränke mit Küchenzubehör. Im Bad befinden sich ein automatischer Wasserheizer und eine Badewanne. Waschmaschine ist in gemeinsamer Nutzung und steht im Keller des Hauses - Schlüssel sowie Waschmünzen sind beim Hausmeister abzuholen. Ansonsten gibt es ein guter Waschsalon in 4 Minuten Entfernung, den ich selber immer benutzte.

680€ warm komplett incl. Internet und Nebenkosten. 600 Euro Kaution.

Hey, since I rarely stay in Munich due to my job, I am offering my 1-room apartment from November.
In terms of the duration of your stay it is flexible: it can be until 31.03.17 as well as until 30.09.17 (with possible extension after 30.09 depending on my job schedule).

Fully equipped und furnished 17 sqm room with 2 windows, with Internet provider. Furniture as in the pictures includes: a bed, a big wardrobe, a sofa, a dining table with chairs and a shelf (work desk and a chair will follow). Small kitchenette includes all needed: an electric stove (without oven), a microwave with grilling function, an electric kettle, a coffee machine, a fridge as well as cupboards with kitchen all utensils. The bathroom has an automatic water boiler and a bathtub. The washing machine is in common use and can be found in the basement of the house – the key and coins need to be requested by the Hausmeister. Otherwise there is a big laundry just 4 Minutes away from house, which I use all the time.

680€ all together with internet and electricity. 600 euro deposit.
