Hallo zusammen,
da ich aus meiner Studentenwohnung ausziehe und mein neuer Mietvertrag bereits ab 15.2 läuft, möchte ich für den Zeitraum von 15.2 bis 29.3 untervermieten. Es handelt sich um eine 1-Zimmer Wohnung mit ca. 25m², kleiner Küche (2 Kochfelder, Mikrowelle mit Ofenfunktion, Kühlschrank), Bad mit Dusche und Fußbodenheizung. Man erreicht den Giesinger Bahnhof zu Fuß in etwa 10min, alternativ fährt direkt vor der Haustüre der Bus in etwa 5min dorthin (Linie 139 oder 59) oder in etwa 10min zum Ostbahnhof (Linie 145).
Aufgrund der Hausordnung darf ich leider nur an Studenten oder Auszubildende untervermieten. Ich bezahle für die Wohnung 530€ Warmmiete / Monat. Für den gesamten oben genannten Zeitraum würde ich 700€ verlangen.
