I am currently a student at LMU, and since I am going home for the semester break, I am gonna sublet my apartment for two months and a half. I currently pay the landlord 920 per month, for my short term lease, I will only charge you 820 per month, so you get a 100 euro discount, pretty sweet deal, right?
Requirements for tenants: no smoking, no pets, keep things clean, only one person can live in the apartment, nd preferabily you are a student as well.
Since I am going home very soon, so if you are interested in renting my place, I hope we can meet as soon as possible and settle the deal.
