Ich werde von Anfang November bis Ende Januar für meine Arbeit in Indien sein und möchte dementsprechend meine Wohnung gerne für diesen Zeitraum untervermieten.
Die 37m2 Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Zimmer, einem Badezimmer, einem Vorzimmer und einer kleinen, separaten Küche, sowie einem Balkon. Ein Kellerabteil gehört auch dazu. Eine Waschmaschine befindet sich im Keller.
Für die 3 Monate können meine Möbel gerne verwendet werden.
In der Straße kann man gratis parken und man findet normalerweise immer einem Parkplatz.
Die nächst gelegene Ubahn Station ist Freimann, die man in ca. 9min zu Fuß erreichen kann.
Due to my work I will be in India from beginning of November until the end of January and would therefore like to sublet my flat for this time.
The 37m2 flat consists of a large room, a bathroom, a small anteroom and a small kitchen as well as a balcony. A cellar compartment is also included. A washing machine can be found in the basement.
You can park for free on the street and I usually find a parking space not too far away from the flat.
The closest metro station is 'Freimann' and can be reached after roughly 9min on foot.
